Course Overview: Beginner Skirt Construction
Learn the fundamentals of garment construction by sewing your own custom skirt. Over four sessions, we will cover:

Precise Cutting Techniques
Basic Assembly Techniques for a Perfect Fit

Pockets
Waistband
Zipper
Material
The garment will be made from 100% cotton fabric.
Important Note:
Please note that materials, patterns, and machine rentals are included in the course fee. Students will have a opportunity to choose from the class fabric for their garment. If you choose fabric beyond the class fabric, that will be be an additional cost.

Ann began sewing at just 2 years old on her mother's lap and from there her sewing journey took off! Ann took various 4H courses in sewing and after high school, she pursued a degree in Fashion Design and Techniques, minoring in machine knitting and furriers machine.
